Sociodemographic Analyse of Portela
The ever aging population of Portela calls for a different type of house:
one to accomodate the elderly women living alone ; one for exchange students;
one for the new families of 3 or 4 people that were attracted there due to the spacious flats;
and finally another for that one exchange student that met the girl of dreams her,
got together with her and came to live here, switching flats as family grows.
